Turkey Meatballs

Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound extra lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup oat bran
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, passed through a garlic press
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
In a large bowl, combine oat bran, spices and egg. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into meatballs and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
