Preparation:
In a pot, cover eggs with water by 1 inch.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Boil for 1 minute.
Cover pot and remove from heat.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Drain; cover eggs with cold water.
Let stand eggs for at least 5 minutes before peeling. Peel just before eating.
