Try these easy-to-make cookies as a fun and healthy addition to a lunchbox. No sugar, no oil or butter, and no flour in this recipe!
Ingredients:

3 mashed ripe bananas
·
1/3 cup apple sauce
·
2 cups oats
·
1/4 cup almond milk
·
1 teaspoon vanilla
·
1 teaspoon cinnamon
·
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
·
Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, until well
blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Let stand for 5 minutes (this allows the oats
to absorb some of the liquid).

Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment
paper.
·
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Makes approximately
20 cookies.
